- Light refreshments will be included (so people know if they want a substantial meal to eat prior but they’ll be given some drink / food)
- The event is in-doors and attire is casual
- It will be a standing event with some scattered chairs
- This is an 18+ event
- For Sunday 16 February event, there will be a photographer in attendance, please let a staff member know should you not wish to be photographed
- For any particular access please let us know beforehand
- Please arrive on time at the meeting point
