Tristan Meecham  

Tristan Meecham (he/him) is an artist, performer and Artistic Director of All The Queens Men.  

He facilitates creative frameworks that enable social change; connecting community, audience and artists together in events that transcend the everyday.  Through his work, Tristan has become a leading creative voice within LGBTIQ+ communities, specifically for championing the rights of older people. Through a relational engagement practice, he co-designs creative projects that enable communities improved access, not only to the arts experiences, but broader community and social services. 

Tristan’s work is presented locally, nationally and internationally and he is the 2023 Australia Council Fellowship recipient for Community Arts.  

Wiloh Weiland  

Willoh Weiland (she/her) is an artist, writer and curator.  

Current and previous lives include roles as the Creative Director Special Events at the Museum of Old and New Art working on events of scale with the killer curatorial team; being an Honorary Fellow at the Centre for AI and Digital Ethics at the University of Melbourne; working on a tech/ jewellery racket with Melbourne brand Black Finch; writing a TV series with some serious babes funded by Screen Australia; being the Artistic Director/ CEO of the artist-led experimental arts organisation Aphids, leading a program of nationally and internationally acclaimed work; directing the night-time programming for the Mona Foma Festival with James Brennan; being commissioned by the Art Gallery of South Australia, the Museum of Contemporary Art; being a recipient of the Australia Council Experimental Arts Fellowship and winner of the International Prize for Live Art from the Anti-Festival and the Saastamoinen Foundation Finland.


Luke Smiles

Luke Smiles (he/him) creates highly detailed soundtracks for dance, theatre and film, working across all areas of music composition, sound design, foley and sound effects editing. Luke has composed and produced soundtracks for many Australian and international artists and companies, including: All The Queens Men, Australian Dance Theatre, Australasian Dance Collective, Bare Bones Dance Company (UK), Brink Productions, Belvoir, Chunky Move, Dancenorth, Frontier Danceland (Singapore), Gabrielle Nankivell, Melbourne Theatre Company, Nederlands Dans Theatre, Ox (Belgium/Slovenia), Rachel Arianne Ogle, Rambert Dance Company (UK), Restless Dance Theatre, State Theatre Company South Australia, Sydney Dance Company, Sydney Theatre Company, Tasdance, The Farm, West Australian Ballet and Windmill Theatre Co.

 

Bec Reid

Bec Reid (she/her) is a third culture kid and an Australian-based performer, producer, director and choreographer. Bec encourages people to experience their worlds in revelatory ways through highly physical, participatory, practical and celebratory actions. For more than 20 years, Bec has passionately collaborated where professional artists and communities coalesce; locally, nationally and internationally.

A WAAPA graduate, Bec began her professional career as Artistic Director of Stompin in Lutruwita (Tasmania), together with Luke George. Together with art wife Tristan Meecham, Bec is the co-founder of All The Queens Me, and with Ian Pidd and Kate McDonald, co-created Everybody NOW! From 2021 – 23 Bec also generated investment in L2R.
