We’re seeking a Ground Transport Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term contract for Perth Festival 2025. In this role, you’ll oversee all ground transport logistics, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of artists, staff and vehicles.

You’ll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating travel, hiring and managing a team of drivers, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations and safety policies. Working closely with programming and production, you’ll keep schedules updated and adapt as needed, serving as the primary contact for all transport-related needs throughout the festival.
