Production Coordinator

Join Perth Festival as our Production Coordinator - Contemporary Music. In this role, you'll support the planning and delivery of the 2025 Contemporary Music Program, managing technical logistics, site planning, and event delivery. With 5+ years of production experience, you’ll work closely with artists, producers, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, proficiency in AutoCAD or Vectorworks, and a passion for live music. Partnerships Coordinator

Join Perth Festival as our Partnerships Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Partnerships, you’ll play a key role in fostering and managing relationships with corporate partners to support Perth Festival’s artistic vision and programs. With a focus on in-kind support, you’ll oversee a portfolio of partnerships, preparing proposals, delivering benefits, and reporting outcomes. You’ll also help develop strategies to engage new and existing partners year-round, while streamlining internal processes.

We’re seeking someone with at least two years’ experience in partnerships, fundraising, or client management. If you have strong communication and organisational skills, and a passion for the arts, apply now!

Philanthropy Coordinator

Join Perth Festival as our Philanthropy Coordinator. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Philanthropy, you’ll provide vital support across all areas of donor engagement to help foster lasting relationships with Festival supporters. You'll manage a portfolio of donors, ensuring stewardship plans are in place, tracking renewals, and identifying growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating donor communications, maintaining the philanthropy CRM (Tessitura), processing donations, and assisting with research and proposals.
