Albany Entertainment Centre opened in December 2010 and sets a new national benchmark for regional performing arts spaces. The centrepiece of the Albany Entertainment Centre is the Princess Royal Theatre.

Access Information

Lift access to the circle level.

Level entry to ground level foyer.

Audio loop is available in the Theatre but not available in Kalyenup.

Wheelchair spaces are available in the Theatre in H row of Stalls and A row in Circle.

Seating in Kalyenup consists of removable seating; wheelchair spaces are available for this performance on the ends of the aisle.

A universal access toilet is located on the ground floor.

Pick up and set down outside the venue on Toll Place.

Parking

Parking for 135 vehicles is available in the Centre’s car park on Toll Place, which can be accessed from Princess Royal Drive.

Additional parking is available in the City CBD north of the railway line where people may utilise the footbridge to access the Centre.

Etiquette

Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break during the performance. Please check event page for the latecomer policy.

Mobile devices are to be turned off during the event.

Photography and recording of any kind is prohibited during the event.

Transport

Loves Bus operates during the day Monday to Saturday between the City centre and some of the outlying suburbs, including Middleton Beach, Emu Point, Lockyer and Spencer Park. The closest pick-up and drop-off point to the Centre is Peels Place. It is then an easy 10 minute walk to the Centre using the pedestrian footbridge.
