About

Reconnect with the vast wetlands that flourished in central Perth until they were drained between 1830 and 1880.

Swamp Clubb is an immersive, sensory walking tour led by local artists, botanists and poets uncovering hidden socio-cultural ecologies and spiritual pasts with guest speakers Mei Saraswati, Matt Aiken, Nandi Chinna and Perdita Phillips along the way.

Light breakfast will be provided. Please wear suitable walking shoes.

After the walk, join us for Noongar Stories on Water series as a local Noongar Elder speaks about their culture and relationship to country.

Free, RSVPs have now closed

Swamp Clubb Tour is part of a series of events celebrating Museum of Water, a mobile collection of publicly donated water and accompanying stories accumulating over two years in different sites across WA. Museum of Water is an invitation to ponder our precious liquid and how we use it.
