Interdisciplinary arts practitioners collaborate to explore the issue of salinity.
Thursday 19 January
Forty percent of Perth’s drinking water comes from the ocean. You can cook with the saline plants that can be found on sand dunes. Water tastes different at different times of the day. These are just some of the things you will discover through Brackish Rising, an on-the-ground investigation into the past, present and future of Perth’s water supply.
