Individual Giving

Perth International Arts Festival began in 1953, building upon a series of small events staged by the Adult Education Board of The University of Western Australia to entertain troops stationed in Perth towards the end of World War II.

Our heritage is built on being a festival for the people; neither high brow, nor elitist; and with a broad program accessible through both free and ticketed events.

We are proud of the role we play in providing our community with access to world-class artistic experiences, while cultivating and showcasing the incredibly talented artists and arts practitioners of Western Australia.  But we can’t achieve what we do without your generosity.

The support of our donors is vital is bringing the joy of live performance to the people of Western Australia.

We invite you to be a part of PIAF.

SOUTHERN LIGHTS GIVING CIRCLE

SOUTHERN LIGHTS GIVING CIRCLE

The Great Southern Festival commenced in 2003 as a PIAF initiative to bring arts festivals to regional Western Australia. Embraced by its local audience who advocate the development and awareness of arts in the region, the Great Southern Festival has grown over the years.

The generous support from our Southern Lights donor is integral to help us continue to deliver world class arts experiences within the Great Southern region. Donations received are directly invested into programs and artists for the Great Southern Festival.

MEDICI GIVING CIRCLE

MEDICI GIVING CIRCLE

PIAF’s Medici giving program originated in 2001 when 25 individual donors supported a show that was about to fall through due to budget constraints. This legacy of giving has continued every year since, with 16 performances presented as part of the PIAF program that without Medici support, would not have been enjoyed by the people of Perth.
