Barbara Arrowsmith-Young shares her remarkable history.
Born with severe learning disabilities, Barbara Arrowsmith-Young struggled to comprehend language, reading and writing as a child. After chancing upon research at graduate school, she was inspired to invent cognitive exercises to ‘fix’ her brain and now teaches the Arrowsmith Program around the world. She shares her remarkable history with Jane Cornes.
