The Perth International Arts Festival relies on attracting the very best staff and artists from around the world each year.
We employ more than 100 staff and contract even more individual artists and companies annually. Our staff members may be permanent or may be employed on a part-time, casual or contract basis. We regularly support work experience, secondment and volunteer work opportunities. Our artists and artistic companies may be contracted for a single event, a season, a programme, or they may even be commissioned to produce new work for presentation at the Festival.

Program Manager: Film
The Perth International Arts Festival is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable film professional to program its annual Lotterywest Festival Film season. The Festival has presented its inspiring film season at Somerville, the iconic outdoor cinema on the grounds of UWA, for 58 years and at Joondalup Pines on the campus of ECU for the last ten. Films are sourced from distributors who represent the world’s leading independent filmmakers. The Festival is seeking an accomplished manager with a proven track record and strong credentials in film programming.
Salary range $67,165 to $74,710 plus 17% superannuation.
The appointment is initially a 3-year contract.
